details of chalet:
19th january meeting point: jurong east mrt station, 1pm we will be leaving je at around 1.30 pm sharp, so do make sure u arrive before that or else u'll have to go alone...
price for those going for barbeque: 8 dollars
price for those staying for one nite of chalet: 12 dollars
price for those staying for 2 nites of chalet: 24 dollars
price for having a great barbeque experience and 3 days of unforgetable fun: priceless

Hi People ! Hmmm this is regarding the Post Christmas Pre New Year's Celebration (PCPNYC) we are having . Yeah , things are quite at a standstill at the moment due to like jobs and stuff here and there. CLASS OUTING
Yo ppl, whether you're working as a waiter at a hotel or selling stuff as a promoter or just slacking at home everyday in front of the box which produces flashing lights...
its time for yet another outing!
this time it's gonna be a "post- xmas and pre- New year" celebration!
organising of this outing is still in its preliminary stages, so we're still open to whatever suggestions u guys have.
some basic outlines are as follows
Date: either 26, 27, 29 or 30. can even be on the last day of the year if you guys dont mind.
Location: we open this for u guys to decide. cavin's? ellise's? i dunno
what we'll be doing: potluck most probably...hmmm unless you guys really want bbq...
cost: if potluck, 0 SGD (just make sure the food u all prepare is nice and edible) if BBQ, as usual, around 6-8 SGD
yep, so if u guys want potluck, u all can brainstorm about what type of food u can prepare, like sushi, bee hoon, curry, potato salad etc.
oh and please make your opinions heard or seen either through our beloved tag board on the left or by editing this post and putting your name in it.
one last thing- i don't mind having an exchange of xmas presents, but its still just an idea only. see if u guys think its an exciting and fun activity worthy of our time during the outing which is gonna be extremely happy and fun and exciting.

Hmmmm as most of you should know there is a BBQ on the 1st December at my house and actually it has been changed to a steamboat. I'll actually organise the food and everything so like everyone about 7-8 dollars is more than enough. It will still be at my house and i hope eveyone can make it !

Hey people just an update ! Everyone fine ? Life's Good ? Anyway just want to revive this blog cause it is already the middle of the third week of January and we havent really updated the blog. CNY is coming very quickly so I was thinking we all pack up and in June we go Beijing and watch the Olympics.....haha roots of the chinese culture yes...........haha obviously that was a joke. A very lame one too. But you do get my point right ? To go out for Chinese New Year......to celebrate the communism in our blood. HAHA. Hey people due to clashing schedules of some people.The christmas party would be shifted forward by one day : 20th December . It would be a my house and would confirmed be a potluck party. ( Due to the fact that all the BBQ pit as been booked). Nonetheless we hope that this doesnt dampen every1 spirit. An idea is to maybe order a buffet ? Anyway other than the multi-purpose room which i have booked, i also booked the karoke room , so as to have fun and joy ! Please post our dear comments on the tagboard asap . hey people, i'm here to post on the class blog instead of my own blog haha.
if my blog dies, i can revive it anytime. if the class blog dies, it will much harder to revive coz it would take everyone else's effort.
haha was looking at the class album last nite, brought back alot of sweet memories of chalet, sentosa outing, going to vivo and so many other photos taken in class, at our old school. nostalgic, definitely.
haha i suggest u guys go take a look at the album, you'll definitely have a great time recalling those moments, where everyone was dam happy. juz take a look at the pictures, u'll notice that every one looks dam happy.
and i want to see that once again, in everybody's faces.
mid years are coming, everybody's gonna work hard, more importantly, after the mid years, CLASS OUTING! haha maybe even chalet.
what i need you ppl to do now is to stay responsive, enthusiastic, and always available for a class outing after the mid years. i really, really wanna see 2/5 going for another outing together once again.

hey ppl cooldown yea?
come on we all gotta be solution oriented, not cause oriented.
personally i think its a gd suggestion, to meet up and have a serious tok once in a while, keep each other updated abt wads going on and stuff like tat.
and im sure nobody is saying that we shouldnt bond with our new classes and muz always put 2/5 as 1st. where did that come from anyway?
if anybody got the wrong idea, we're sorry to have misleaded u all.
but i'll make it clear to everyone now, tat all we want here, is tat we meet up, chit chat, have fun as 2/5. at the same time, we go back to sch, have fun during lessons with ur individual classes. recess time, we can still meet up, tok abt how hard CT was, who failed who got highest, yada yada. and every saturday, we can still go to the library and do our diff hw tgt.
to tell u the truth, its fun making noise in the discussion room. haha
but anyway, misunderstandings are misunderstandings. we are not perfect ppl, so there will always be miscommunication. but we muz look for ways to solve the problem as peacefully as possible.
so all in all, chill ppl, let it brew over and have great days ahead!

heyys ppl. lol. This is my 1st time posting!! WHOO!! lol. Please excuse me, I'm seriously a noob in blogging. Anyways, I've got one suggestion, lets meet and go to JE library on the days where we're fully dismissed latest by around 4 to 5. Any comments??
Okay next point, I shall convey a message from wei jie, and myself. The message is that, one, ALL of us, should attempt to post, or at the very least tag at the tag board, and keep this blog alive ---- Its dying day by day. And also, we should have more ppl posting, not just the normal ones, ben, hardy, rayson, etc.Now, point two, adding on to wei jie's msn's personal message, we should arrange a time where most, or at least all of us would be present and maybe hold a discussion bout why 2-5 is slowly drifting apart. So, any suggestions??

hahaha i agree very much with hardy, we gotta bond with our new classes but still remember 2/5 '06.
and keep going out for gatherings together!
for the ppl of 2/5 if ur dun noe, we go out every saturday to do our diff hw tgt! so ANYONE(i mean it!) tat wants to come is welcome, dun worry abt doing diff hw, we got more or less the same teachers, with few exceptions. we'll be going again next week too!

oh yah and CNY is coming soon too! i was thinking like we can find one weekend that everyone is free and we can go have dinner then go chinatown! yay its gonna be fun! any dates anyone?

Hmm.. i am not here to say forget about 2/5 and go on.. But for some of you, you should just go out and make new friends.. bond with the new classmates, and not stuck with the mindset that we are 2-5'06 forever and ever. We just need to go on....
However, after getting very close with your new classmates, we shouldn't forget about 2/5'06 too! we should have lots of gatherings in the near future.
The whole main thing is that we should have a balance, u know.. I really hope you people understand what i am saying...

hey the past week made me realise tat even though we are bonded as a class, theres still a whole lot of things we need to learn about one another.
quarrels are inevitable, fights aare unavoidable coz everyone makes mistakes sum point in life. wads important now and always is that we learn from our mistakes, give in to one another and u'll realise tat these fites and quarrels actually help us to understand more abt each other, how we should be more sensitive towards some things and others.
cheer up peeps. we're 2/5 '06 rmber? dont bear any grudges whatsoever, forgive and forget. i dunno whether u guys are joking or wad, but some times its better not to crack such jokes coz u never really noe if the other party is really irritated yea? everyone living in harmony and happily is not something impossible, but it takes a tonne of effort from each and everyone to maintain this harmony.
most importantly of all, u guys gotta smile more yea? even if its the worst of days, a smile from u may brighten another person's day.

WHOOO. It's the last day of 2006 already. Time has passed so quickly we didn't even notice it lah.
I guess the end of 2006 also marks the end of our year as a Sec 2 class. And we'll all move on to 2007. New class, new friends, new subjects, new teachers.
Well, I have to say, it has been a really pleasant year with all of you. Every single one of you. Maybe it's the class projects, or maybe its the quarrels, or maybe just the laughter, but we've definitely grown closer during this year.
Well, we're all going to different classes next year already. We won't be seeing each other that much as well.
I just wanna say that, all of you make up a really important part of my life. Without any one of you, the class wouldn't be complete.
Sorry if I ever offended anyone of you. Sorry if I ever shouted a vulgarity into your face. No matter what, I still love every one of you.
I'll keep these wonderful memories with me, and I hope you all won't ever forget that you were part of this wonderful class.

HEY PPL!
the chalet is over, im sure everyone enjoyed themselves pretty much lah. very tiring oso.
im sure by now everyone noes which class they're going to, and i juz wanna say tat rmb tat we are all still part of 2/5 06' and will always be. juz like when we take the same mrt train home, we will alight at different stops, knowing that when we get home we can still pick up a phone to call a classmate or juz go online and chat.
if possible, lets keep our 2/5 06' blog as alive as possible hor. even we go different classes, try ur best to keep visiting this blog and post stuff, or at least leave a tag.
dont worry ppl even if ur not part of the majority. we will always be together though in diff classes.
and as for the outing to lan with mr methias and going to sentosa, the dates are to be confirmed. but i have a suggestion tat maybe we can go to lan sum time next week? say... friday or saturday?
